8. Termination

We also reserve the right to discontinue the Service or any Tool, or any portion thereof, at any time with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, for any actions arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of yonderium.com.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
